Our vision

The Westminster City Plan designates the Victoria Opportunity Area (VOA) as suitable for additional tall buildings that enhance and frame the surroundings of Victoria Station and Victoria Street. Stockley House, located at the heart of the VOA and next to Victoria Station, presents an opportunity to build a taller building of exceptional architectural design. This development will include high-quality residential units and contribute to improved public spaces and streetscape enhancements.
