Community Liaison Group

We have established a Community Liaison Group to be kept up to date with the status of the demolition of Stockley House and to establish a relationship between the contractors operating on site and neighbours and key stakeholders who will be impacted by these works. This group will meet at regular intervals and form the basis for communication between our contractors and neighbours, alongside regular newsletters, letters and ad-hoc notifications.

We are inviting you to join our mailing list to receive invites to meetings and to receive regular updates once work has started. Please contact our communications consultants, Four Communications, at stockleyhouse@four.agency if you would like to join.

Please note, the purpose of this group is not to discuss the separate and live planning process. Consent to demolish the building is established within the previously consented scheme. Please refer to our FAQs page to find out what the consented scheme and Extant Permission allow. Planning questions can be directed to stockleyhouse@four.agency and will be addressed separately.

Community Liaison Group August 2023 Update on Stockley House

Dear Neighbours! We hope this post finds you well. We wanted to give you an update on the progress of Stockley House. As always, we are committed to keeping the community informed about the project.

As the demolition phase has successfully concluded, Community Liaison Group meetings are being paused while the final design and logistical arrangements for the construction phase are being put in place. This is an important step towards ensuring that the construction of Stockley House is a success. We are working hard to ensure that all the necessary preparations are made so that we can begin construction as soon as possible.

Our aim is to ensure that the community is kept informed about the progress of Stockley House. Therefore, once we are ready to get going with construction, we will re-launch the Community Liaison Group. The purpose of this group is to provide a forum for dialogue between residents and the project team. We believe that it is crucial to keep the community involved in this process, as we value your input and feedback.

We look forward to re-launching the Community Liaison Group once we are ready to begin the construction phase. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at stockleyhouse@four.agency. Thank you for your continued support and interest in the project.
